Why we started Dialed Interlock
After more than a decade working in Ottawa's hardscape and landscaping industry, we kept seeing the same problem repeat itself — clients paying too much for work that didn't hold up. Poor base preparation, crews with no accountability, and contractors who'd disappear the moment the cheque cleared.
We started Dialed Interlock because we believe outdoor spaces should be built to be enjoyed, not replaced. We love working with our hands, being outside, and building something that genuinely lasts. Every project is a chance to give a client something they're proud of — and that stands the test of Ottawa winters.
The owner is on every job site, every day. That's not marketing language — it's how we work. It's the only way we can guarantee the preparation, precision, and quality that our clients deserve and our name depends on.

The person behind every project
I started Dialed Interlock because I genuinely love this work. I love being outside, building things with my hands, and watching a raw backyard turn into a space a family actually wants to spend time in. That never gets old for me — and that's why the quality never slips.
Over 12 years, I've worked on projects ranging from small residential walkways in Nepean to large-scale commercial and residential jobs across the Ottawa region — from Rideau Lakes to Cumberland and everywhere in between. Through all of it, the one thing that's stayed constant is this: I'm on every job site. Not managing from a distance, not sending a crew and checking in — actually there, doing the work, making sure every stone is right.
I started this business to serve my community — to give people in Ottawa access to premium-quality outdoor spaces without the inflated prices or the broken promises. What I get in return is something I value just as much: long-lasting relationships with clients who trust us to come back for every project.
